Registration for Middle East International Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine Conference & Exhibition (MEIDAM 2023) is now closed.
The congress had taken placed from 22-24 September 2023 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Kindly upload valid ID proof for verification towards the respective registration categories such as Physicians / Non Physicians / Students.
REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS
- Congress badge.
- Congress related material.
- Admission to the exhibition hall.
- Admission to the Main Scientific Program Tracks.
- Coffee Breaks and Lunch.
REGISTRATON EXCLUSIONS
- Lunch is NOT included for unregistered individuals/accompanying.
- Restricted entry to exhibition space and halls for any unregistered individuals/accompanying.
PAYMENTS METHODS
- Full payment in AED is required at the time of registration, without any deduction for any currency conversion, VAT, bank charges or any other transaction charges. Your registration will only be complete when the specified fee is credited or received in full.
- Accepted Credit Cards: MasterCard and Visa. The fees will include our credit card charges for accepting the credit card payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations on or before 31st July 2023 will be processed after a deduction of 15% which is to cover our administration costs and cancellation charges of external suppliers.
- 50% cancellation fee for the request received between 1st August 2023 to 15th September 2023.
- Cancellations after 15th September 2023 will forfeit the entire fee.
- Cancellations and requests for cancellations must be notified in writing to the MEIDAM 2023.

REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy for cancellations received till 15 September 2023, will be settled directly through mode of payment used during registration with average time of 60 days post the event dates (23 November 2023).
